三七是仅次于人参的中药材大品种,云南做为三七的主产区,由于政府重视和科技支撑力不断提升,三七产业近年来呈现出快速发展的势头。目前国内外学者的研究集中在三七体内有效成分提取和三七的药理学方面,而对种质资源和遗传基础的研究还比较薄弱,加之三七长期种植和栽培群体为混合群体,进一步加剧了三七种资资源的混乱和退化,严重阻碍了三七新品种的选育。截止目前,三七的新品种选育仍未取得突破性进展。. 本项目在前期基于分子标记的遗传多样性研究基础上,拟对三七栽培居群进行表型多样性调查,筛选核心种质资源200份,结合全基因组深度重测序进行全基因组关联分析,以挖掘三七表型多样性相关基因为目标,并在此基础上进行表型多样性相关基因的分析和功能实验验证。项目成果对三七种质资源的科学保护与发掘利用,加快三七新品种的选育,保障三七产业可持续发展,均具有重要的理论和实践意义。
英文摘要
Panax notoginseng is the second largest variety of traditional Chinese medicine herb after Panax ginseng. Yunnan is the main producing area of Panax notoginseng. Due to the attention of the government and the continuous improvement of scientific and technological support, the Panax notoginseng industry has shown a rapid development in recent years. At present, Researchers focus on the extraction of effective components and pharmacology, but the research on its germplasm resources and genetic basis is still relatively weak, in addition, the long-term planting and cultivation population of Panax notoginseng is a mixed population, which further aggravates the confusion and degeneration of germplasm resources and seriously hinders the breeding of superior new varieties of Panax notoginseng. Up to now, no breakthrough has been made in the breeding of new varieties. . This project is based on the previous research on genetic diversity based on molecular markers, the phenotypic diversity of cultivated population of Panax notoginseng will be investigated, screening 200 core collection resources, and genome wide association study will be carried out in combination with deep resequencing. The aim of this study is to dig out genes related to phenotypic diversity of Panax notoginseng. On this basis, phenotypic diversity related genes are analyzed and verified by functional experiments. The results of the project are great theoretical and practical significance for the scientific protection and utilization of Panax notoginseng germplasm resources, accelerating the breeding of new varieties of Panax notoginseng, and ensuring the sustainable development of Panax notoginseng industry.
