掌握不确定情景下代理人合作规律和制定科学合理的激励策略是项目复杂团队合作成功的关键。本课题拟对项目复杂团队中影响合作的不确定因素进行系统分析，研究不确定情景下代理人的合作动因，揭示代理人的异质性、行为偏好和项目阶段产出等因素对代理人合作行为和激励策略的影响规律。在不确定情景下，1）识别影响项目复杂团队合作的不确定因素，研究其相关关系，奠定理论分析基础；2）构建基于完全理性的异质代理人静态合作模型，作为模型基础；3）放宽完全理性假设，构建基于互惠和公平偏好的异质代理人合作模型，研究代理人的行为偏好存在异质性和不确定性时的合作行为和激励策略；4）将模型拓展为动态合作模型，探寻多阶段条件下代理人的合作规律和激励策略。此外，结合案例研究，对理论结论进行检验和修正，提出具有实际可操作性的管理建议。本课题是对项目复杂团队合作研究的深化，研究成果可以为促进学科交叉和跨组织合作、完善合作创新机制提供支持。

Mastering the rule of agents' cooperation in uncertain scenarios as well as formulating scientific and reasonable incentive strategies is key to the success of multi-partner project teamwork. This study intends to systematically analyze the uncertainty factors affecting the cooperation of multi-partner project teams, investigates the incentives for agents' cooperation in uncertain scenarios, and reveal how agents' heterogeneities and behavioral preferences, as well as the project's stage performance affect the cooperative behaviors and incentive strategies. Under the situations of uncertainty, this study 1) identifies the uncertainty factors that affect the cooperation of multi-partner project teams and studies their relationships, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further analysis; 2) constructs a static model of multi-partner project team cooperation with heterogeneous agents based on completely rationality as a basic model; 3) extends the assumption of complete rationality, constructs a heterogeneous agent cooperation model based on reciprocity and fairness preferences, and studies the cooperative behaviors and incentive strategies when the agents’ behavioral preferences are heterogeneous and uncertain; 4) extends the aforementioned model to a dynamic cooperation model in order to explore the agents' cooperation rules and incentive strategies under multi-stage conditions. In addition, case studies are integrated to verify and correct the theoretical conclusions and to put forward practical and operable management suggestions. This study aims to deepen and improve the studies on the cooperation of multi-partner project teams. The findings can provide theoretical foundations and managerial suggestions for the promotion of interdisciplinary and inter-organizational cooperation and perfecting the cooperative innovation mechanism.
