被子植物中雌雄配子体的发育、双受精以及胚胎发育直接与育种、果实和籽粒的产量等相关，其中雄配子体（花粉）的形成与萌发在其中起重要作用。拟南芥中的花粉形成已报道有很多基因参与，但花粉萌发的时间进程，尤其是在花药中花粉提前萌发的现象还鲜有报道。我们研究小组在已经结题的一个基金基础上发现一个蛋白激酶ZDK与另一个蛋白ZMP1K互作。表型观察表明ZDK与ZMP1突变后集中于花粉萌发时间进程方面，尤其是突变后花粉均可在花药内提前萌发。本项目拟利用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物化学、遗传学等方法探讨ZDK与ZMP1协同作用参与调控拟南芥花粉形成与萌发时间进程上的作用与机制。

In angiosperms, the development of male and female gametophytes, double fertilization and embryo development are directly connected to breeding, and the yield of fruit and grain yield. One of them, the formation and germination of male gametophytes (pollen) plays an important role. Although pollen formation in Arabidopsis has been reported to involve in many genes, the time course of pollen germination, especially the germination of pollen in anthers, has been rarely reported. Our research team found a protein kinase ZDK interactied with another protein ZMP1. Phenotypic analysis showed that both ZDK and ZMP1 mutations were focused on the time of pollen germination, especially ZDK and ZMP1 mutation result in pollen germinating in anther. Therefore, the project intends to explore the mechanism of ZDK and ZMP1 cooperation in regulating pollen germination time in Arabidopsis by methods from molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry and genetics.
