Boltzmann 方程和Landau方程等动力学方程是应用统计力学、等离子物理和输运理论中重要的数学物理方程。本项目主要研究Boltzmann 方程和Landau方程等动力学方程的数学问题，包括动力学方程解的存在性、唯一性、正则性和解的大时间行为, 解收敛到平衡态的速度和解的流体动力学方程极限和收敛速度,以及外力场作用下动力学方程的相关问题。 以上研究内容不仅是国际上十分重视的、具有前沿性和主流兴趣的、有重要理论意义的问题，而且紧密联系应用科学和工程技术,有广泛的应用价值。

Kinetic equations,including Boltzmann and Landau equations, are important mathematical physical models in applied statistical physics、plasma physics and transport theory.This project mainly studies mathematical problems in kinetic theory, including the existence、uniqueness、regularization and large time behavior of the solutions to kinetic equation; convergence rate of the solutions to steady state; mutual relation of kintic equations and hydrodynamical equations; and the related mathematical problems with the external forces. The above mentioned study contents are improtant in international mathematical field, cutting edge, main stream and important theoretical study interests and are very close to many applied sciences.
