发展“城市地下物流系统(ULS)”作为城市交通运输系统的重要补充,用于缓解城市交通问题和改善货运服务质量是当前世界范围的热门与前沿领域,它也符合我国大力发展城市地下空间和完善综合交通运输体系等重大战略需求。ULS与地面运输系统耦合共同承担城市货运功能是当前发展的主要趋势。本项目针对城市地上地下一体化货运网络的耦合机制与网络优化方法展开前瞻性研究。1) 基于随机过程分析一体化货运网络耦合的关键特征和动态流程;2) 构建动态O-D反推模型,考虑货运需求的动态性构建网络路径规划方法;3) 识别地面运输网络脆弱点,提出一种“自下而上”的地面路网规划设计模型与评估方法;4) 构建一体化网络动态建设方法及模拟仿真平台。以“地上-地下”耦合视角研究城市货运中复杂因素间的级联现象,可以为立体化综合交通运输体系的合理布局提供理论基础。一体化网络能够缓解城市发展与交通拥堵的矛盾,提高货运的应急能力和服务水平。

As an important supplement to urban transportation systems, Underground Logistics System (ULS) is a hot and front field worldwide to alleviate urban traffic problems and improve the quality of freight services. The development of ULS confirms to China's major strategic needs such as vigorously developing urban underground space and improving the comprehensive transportation system. In present, the coupling of ULS and aboveground freight transportation system to undertake freight functions is the main trend in urban area. This project will conduct a forward-looking study on the coupling mechanism and optimization method for an integrated freight network of aboveground roads and underground logistics system. First, the key features and dynamic processes for an integrated freight network based on stochastic process are analyzed. Second, a dynamic origin-destination (O-D) reversal estimation model is constructed and a network path planning method considering the dynamic characteristic of freight demand is proposed. Next, by identifying the vulnerabilities of ground transportation networks, the planning and designing model from “bottom up” and corresponding evaluation method are presented. Finally, the dynamic construction method and simulation platform of integrated freight network are proposed. Studying the cascade effect among complex factors from the perspective of “aboveground-underground” in urban freight transportation network, which can provide a theoretical basis to make a rational layout of the three-dimensional comprehensive transportation system. The integrated network can alleviate the contradiction between urban development and traffic congestion, and improve the emergency response capability and the service level of freight in urban area.
