高速铁路作为重大的区际基础设施,吸引和加速了人口、信息、知识、技术、资本等要素的流动,对社会经济发展及空间布局产生重大影响,从中受益最大的是服务业。当前中国服务业也进入新的发展机遇期,越来越成为引领城镇化发展和产业升级的重要增长点。本研究运用地理学和经济学的研究方法,从可达性入手、综合供给侧高铁、需求侧乘客及服务业厂商两方面,构建高铁对服务业发展及其空间布局演化影响的理论框架。采用PSM和DID方法,从服务业总体、典型线路沿线服务业、不同城市服务业及服务业主要行业四个方面科学测度高铁对服务发展的影响。随后,采用时间距离为空间权重矩阵构建的空间计量经济学模型,同样从以上四个方面探究高铁影响下服务发展及集聚水平的空间溢出效应。进一步采用全局空间自相关法研究高铁对服务业空间布局演化的影响,进而探讨如何放大高铁对服务业的正面效应,为高铁沿线城市服务业合理分工、结构升级和空间布局优化提供政策建议。

As a major inter-regional infrastructure, high-speed railway has greatly accelerated the flow of population, information, knowledge, technology, capital and other factors. It also has a significant impact on social economic development and spatial layout. The service industry has been greatly affected. And at the same time, a new strategic opportunity period has come for the industry development, and it has increasingly become an important growth point of leading the urbanization and industrial upgrading. Methods from both geography and economics are used in the research. Starting from the accessibility, a theoretical framework is created to analyze the impact of high-speed railway on service industry development and spatial layout evolution by taking both the supply side of high-speed railway and the demand side of passengers and service firms into account. Then PSM model and DID method are used to measure the impact of high-speed railway on service industry development considering total service industry, service industry along the typical routes, service industry in different cities and major subdivisions of service industry. Further, from the same perspectives, the spatial econometrics model is constructed by using time-distance spatial weight matrix to explore the spatial spillover effects of high-speed railway at the development level of the service industries and the level of service industry agglomeration. Then, the effect of high-speed railway on evolution of spatial layout is analyzed by using Moran's I. Finally, how to amplify the positive effects of high-speed railway on the service industries is discussed, based on that, policies and recommendations are put forward for rational division, industry upgrading and spatial layout optimization of service industries.
