本项目服务于“后摩尔时代新器件基础研究”重大研究计划的战略研究与学术研讨。该重大研究计划涉及到信息科学、数理科学、工程与材料科学、生物科学等多个学科，研究的问题从材料、器件到架构与工艺，覆盖面广，交叉内容多，为了更好聚焦目标，拟定科学的研究路线，有效地发挥该计划的引导作用，充分挖掘基础前沿研究中的创新性思想与方法，有必要在计划执行期间组织广泛的调研、咨询、评审、学术交流等活动，为此，“后摩尔时代新器件基础”重大研究计划指导专家组拟申请本项目，用于组织战略调研和学术研讨等相关活动。

The project is aimed at the strategy research and academic investigation for the major research plan named "Fundamental Research on Post-Moore Novel Devices", which covers Information Sciencce, Mathematics, Physics, Material Engineering and Science, Biological Science etc. with many scientific problems and challenges from materials, devices and process to architecture. Considering the complicated interdiscipline situation, the extensive and deep investigation, consultation, evaluation and academic exchange and so on are very necessary to effectively execute the research plan and dig out the creative and innovative idea and algorithms for the the focused target and technology routine. Based on such demands, the director group of the major research plan of "Fundamental Research on Post-Moore Novel Devices" will apply for this project to sponsor the strategy research and academic investigation activities.
