我国城市社会已进入重视发展质量、强调社会公平与公正的转型期。然而贫富差异问题在城市空间中不断激化,社会分层、空间极化等现象日益焦灼,社会空间公正成为城市科学研究的焦点问题。在个体移动性不断增强、GIS不断发展的背景下,基于静态居住区的公正性测度难以充分揭示社会空间分异现象,因此有必要从新的理论视角——个体行为的微观视角出发,关注城市居民在生活空间尺度上的社会公正。本课题结合城市地理学、城市社会学、城市规划等学科视角,构建转型期的城市社会空间公正研究框架,基于个体时空行为厚数据与城市时空大数据、追踪式问卷调查、民族志访谈相结合的混合研究路径,从实证层面刻画生活空间公正的时空格局,检验城市生活空间公正的影响要素、过程及机理。本研究意在丰富城市社会地理的视角下的社会公平的研究,提出“生活空间公正”的理论命题,基于时空行为和移动性提出新的研究方法论,为人本视角的城市规划、社区规划提供新的解决策略。
英文摘要
China's urban society has entered a period of transformation in which the quality of development, social equity and justice are emphasized. However, income discrepancy in the urban space is increasingly intensified, social stratification, spatial polarization and other phenomena are increasingly growing. Therefore, justice in social space has become the focus of urban studies. With increasing mobility of individuals, and the development of GIS, it is important to look into social justice from the micro perspective: individual’s space-time behavior. This project combines knowledge from urban geography, urban sociology, urban planning, and other disciplines, and constructs a framework of urban justice research in China during its transitional stage. Based on "thick data” of individual space-time behavior and the urban spatial-temporal “big data”, we adopt a mix research method of follow-up GPS survey, and ethnographic interviews, in order to uncover the space-time pattern of urban justice. Also, we tested the process and underlying its mechanism of the concept. This study contributes to the study of social justice from the perspective of urban social geography, and puts forward the theoretical concept of "justice in living space", proposes a noble methodology based on space-time behavior and mobility, And practically, this study may provide insights for urban planning and community planning from the people-oriented perspective.
