基于“蜜炙增强补气作用”的炙红芪与炙黄芪功效差异的物质基础及机制研究

黄芪、红芪同科异属，是甘肃道地药材之一，临床多用其蜜炙品。红芪可作为黄芪的替代品使用，二者化学成分具有相似性和差异性。项目组前期研究发现，红芪蜜炙前后存在明显的差异化合物，且炙红芪补中益气功效明显优于炙黄芪。依据“蜜炙增强补气作用”的中药炮制理论，结合相关研究进展和工作基础，本项目围绕“炙红芪补气功效强于炙黄芪，其机制与二者特征成分及作用机制差异有关”的研究假说，基于谱效相关—代谢组学—网络药理学技术和方法，以甘肃道地药材红芪、黄芪蜜炙品为研究对象，研究比较二者化学成分、补气功效差异的特征成分和作用机制，深入分析其化学成分与药效之间的相互关系；构建化学标志物与生物标志物相互作用网络，揭示和探讨炙红芪补气功效强于炙黄芪的物质基础和机制差异，初步阐明炙红芪可以作为炙黄芪替代品使用的药用价值和优势，以更好地促进红芪、黄芪资源的合理调配和临床有效利用，具有重要的经济和社会意义。

Astragalus and Radix Hedysari are one of the authentic medicine in Gansu Province. They belong to the same family and different genera, so they are widely used in clinical practice after honey processing.The results showed that the chemical constituents of Astragalus and Radix Hedysari were similar and different, and Radix Hedysari could be used as a substitute for Astragalus.The preliminary study of the project group found that there were obvious differences in compounds before and after honey-processed Radix Hedysari, and tonifying effect of honey-processed Radix Hedysari was significantly better than that of Astragalus of Honey-processing.This project is based on the Chinese medicine processing theory "Tonifying effect enhanced honey-processing ", relying on the related research progress and working basis, and revolves around "tonifying effect of honey-processed Radix Hedysari is stronger than that of honey-processed Astragali. Its mechanism is related to the differences of their characteristic components and mechanisms." Based on the techniques and methods of Spectral correlation, Metabolomics, and Network Pharmacology, to study the chemical composition, characteristic components and mechanism of the difference in tonifying effect between Honey-processed Hedysari and Astragalus,to analyse the relationship between chemical composition and efficacy; To construct a network of interactions between chemical markers and biomarkers,it will be revealed the difference of material basis and mechanism of honey-processed Radix Hedysari in the tonifying effect , which is stronger than that of honey-processed Radix Astragali,and clarified the value and advantages to be used as a substitute for the use of Astragalus of Honey-processing,and it is of great economic and social significance to better promote the rational allocation and clinical effective utilization of resources of Radix Hedysari and Astragali.
