现代生活中闲暇型体力活动(LTPA)对于公共健康意义日趋增加,山地绿色开放空间(GOS)作为LTPA重要载体在该方面有独特优势,现有研究对山地GOS影响LTPA的机制和优化路径探讨有限,难以充分挖掘其提升公共健康价值。基于健康体适能和山地开放空间研究,本课题从健康适配角度切入,拟明确山地GOS对于LTPA的促进机制并提出相应优化途径,为我国广大山地城市的GOS健康研究和实践提供依据。课题立足重庆市,拟通过网络问卷、无人机勘测和数理模型构建方式:1)发现与人群LTPA失配严重的GOS,识别GOS影响LTPA的要素和类型,识别不同生命周期使用人群的LTPA和时空分布特征;2)建立GOS-LTPA健康适配模型,通过测度适配关系强弱,明确GOS影响LTPA的机制、关键要素和优化途径。3)构建山地GOS健康体适能评价方法,为现有GOS分类提供优化建议,最终提出山地GOS健康体适能设计指引。

The importance of leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) in modern life to public health is increasing. Mountain green open space (GOS) as an important carrier of LTPA has unique advantages in this regard. Current studies has limited work on its mechanisms and optimization paths that affect LTPA. It is difficult to fully excavate mountain GOS to enhance the public health value. Based on the study of fitness and mountain characteristics, this topic cuts in from the perspective of health adaptation, and intends to clarify the promotion mechanism of mountain GOS for LTPA and propose corresponding optimization methods to provide a basis for the research and practice of GOS health design in the mountainous cities in China. The project is based in Chongqing. It is planned to use network questionnaires, drone surveys, and mathematical model construction methods: 1) Identify GOS that is mismatched with the population LTPA, identify the factors and types of GOS affecting LTPA, and identify LTPA space-time distribution characteristics; 2) Establish a GOS-LTPA health adaptation model, by measuring the strength of the adaptation relationship, clarify the mechanism, key elements and optimization methods of GOS affecting LTPA. 3) Build mountain GOS healthy fitness evaluation methods, provide optimization suggestions for the existing GOS classification, and finally propose mountain GOS healthy fitness design guidelines.
