This grant is to support a planning workshop to determine the feasibility and desirability of developing a new very low frequency wave injection facility in Antarctica. It will be attended by researchers in th field from several Antarctic Treaty nations, to determine if there is grant international interest in a collaborative facility of this type. The workshop is being held at the request of NSF.
