Modelling of transport mechanisms for erosion processes ((2) M04)

电火花加工（EDM）过程的高精度两相冲洗流模型将扩展为三相（固-液-气）模型，这样也考虑了工作间隙中的气相。将研究由单次和多次放电引起的材料载荷，以及由于气泡空化而导致的所有相对工件热载荷和机械载荷的影响。将对冲洗流量进行现场颗粒图像测速（PIV）测量，以验证结果，并与子项目F02/EDM合作，将三相冲洗流量模型纳入EDM过程的过程签名。

The highly accurate two-phase flushing flow model for the electrical discharge machining (EDM) process will be extended into a three-phase (solid liquid gaseous) model such that also the gas phase in the working gap is considered. The material loading resulting from single and multiple electrical discharges will be studied as to the influence of all phases on the thermal loading of the workpiece and the mechanical loading due to the cavitation of the gas bubbles. In situ particle-image velocimetry (PIV) measurements of the flushing flow will be performed to validate the results and in cooperation with the sub-project F02/EDM, the three-phase flushing flow model will be incorporated into the Process Signature of the EDM process.
