Information infrastructure project (INF)

INF项目为CRC研究人员提供了通用数据和元数据管理、用于集中访问所有IT工具的科学网关以及对软件工具的用户支持。主要重点是行为，MRI和参与者数据的中央管理与新开发的参与者管理系统（PaMS）和程序，以确保数据的质量和完整性。信息服务和高性能计算中心已经实施了一个基于RedCap的综合学习管理工具，我们将进一步优化工作流（数据传输、存储和元数据生成）的自动化。

Project INF supports CRC researchers with a common data and metadata management, a science gateway for central access to all IT tools, and user support for software tools. A major focus is a central management of behavioral, MRI, and participant data with a newly developed Participant Management System (PaMS) and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity. A comprehensive study management tool based on RedCap has been implemented by the Center for Information Services and High-Performance Computing and we will further optimize the automation of workflows (data transfer, storage, and metadata generation).
