According to the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities Technische Hochschule Deggendorf (THD) as an applied University supports the idea of using the Internet in order make Knowledge widely and readily available to society. For that purpose THD encourages its affiliates to make use of the opportunity of open access publications.
