Teacher education that utilizes system of the Board of Education and local characteristics:Target the development of language arts home study program.

本研究旨在分享教师教学技巧的概化。我以教授汉字为重点，进行了访谈和分析。我在分析中使用了修正扎根理论方法（M-GTA）。老师们想出了自己的教汉字的方法。为体现发明者的教育理念，它构成了独特的套路。研究发现，每个套路由四种策略组成。(1)先行引导策略；(2)检查评价策略；(3)与家长的合作策略；(4)常规修改策略。此外，通过对教育委员会系统的运用结果的跟踪，我发现该策略在深化教育理念方面起到了有效的作用。

This study aimed to share a generalization of the teaching skills of teachers. With a focus on teaching kanji characters, I have conducted interviews and analysis. I was using the Modified Grounded Theory Approach(M-GTA) in the analysis.Teachers have figured out their own way of teaching kanji characters. To reflect the educational philosophy of the inventor, it constitutes a unique routine. Each routine was found to be composed of four strategies. (1) Prior guidance strategy ; (2) Inspection and evaluation strategy ; (3) Strategy of cooperation with parents ; (4) Routine modification strategyIn addition, the results were followed by utilizing system of the Board of Education, I found recognition of the strategy is to act effectively in deepening educational philosophy.
