A Study on Planning of the Place for the Support the Early Old and Advanced Age with Social Networks on Residential Area

本研究的目的是通过对东京都内两个不同地理位置的居民区独立住宅居民的访谈，以及对东京某购物中心附近普通居民区居民的问卷调查，明确居住区社区社交网络支持老年人日常生活场所的条件，作为城市老年人居住环境的规划。其次，通过在区域地图上绘制步行球体的具体动作，发现了动作上的接触特征。最后，厘清了步行圈上日常生活所使用的商铺和设施，以及它们在使用上的实际接触情况，并找到了居住区居民之间接触的想法。

The aim of this study is to clarify the conditions of the place for the support daily living of the early old and advanced age with social networks on residential area as the planning of living environment for them in urban area.This is based on the results of interview for residents in detached house of two residential areas which are different from conditions of location within Tokyo metropolitan area, and the results of a questionnaire given to residents in the general residential area verges on a shopping arcade in Tokyo.First, we were able to clarify the characteristics of living activities and contacts in outdoor of 32 cases of the early old and advanced age. Second, we found the characteristics of contact on action by plotting specific action in walking sphere on the area map. Finally, we are able to clarify shops and facilities which utilize for daily living on walking sphere, the actual conditions of contact on their utilization, and found the idea about contacts between residents in residential area.
