Evolution of environmental, health and safety study and development of educational program

教育研究机构的环境、健康与安全（EHS）包括EHS维护和全体成员持续培训的组织体系。2003财政年度，向日本各大学分发了“以EHS为基础”的小册子，其中阐明了教育研究机构EHS系统的基本政策。为了对学生进行化学品安全培训，制作了DVD视频“京都大学的EHS-化学实验章节-”并发送给日本的大学。作为这一优先领域研究的总体成果，出版了一本新颖的EHS书籍，其中包括从多个角度的风险概念，大学的软基础设施和硬基础设施，以及环境和健康。e.管理制度和化学品登记制度;与道德和法律相适应的教育目录。

Environmental, health and safety (EHS) in the education-research institute consists of organization system for EHS maintenance and continuous training for all members. The leaflet "Based on EHS", which clarified the essential policy for EHS system in education-research institute was issued and circulated to universities in Japan in FY 2003. For the purpose of training for chemical safety to students, DVD video " EHS in Kyoto University-chapter of chemical experiment-" was made and sent to universities in Japan. As the overall achievement of this priority area study, a novel EHS book was published, which included risk concept from several viewpoints; soft and hard infrastructure in university i. e. management system and chemical registration systems ; education directory suited to ethics and law.
