Flexible dynamics and reactions in biomolecules

蛋白质大规模构象变化的灵活动力学在许多生化反应中是必不可少的。为了解决柔性动力学原理，并在量子化学对反应的理解和观察到的生理现象之间架起一座桥梁，我们研究了蛋白质构象变化的能量景观模型。同样重要的是，生物分子之间反应的灵活随机动力学被限制在介观即细胞大小空间内。我们通过建立生化反应模型来研究这类介观系统中的随机过程。

Flexible dynamics of the large scale conformational change of proteins is essential in many biochemical reactions. In order to solve the principles of flexible dynamics and to bridge between quantum chemical understanding of reactions and the observed physiological phenomena, we studied the energy landscape models of protein conformation change. Also important is the flexible stochastic kinetics of reactions among biomolecules which are confined in a meso-scopic i.e. cellular size space. We studied the stochastic processes in such meso-scopic systems by developing models of biochemical reactions.
