Analysis and Construction of Recycling-oriented Industrial Network

为防止制造活动对环境造成的危害，本研究提出了“循环型工业网络”的新概念，研究结果如下：(1)对循环型工业系统和网络的研究方法进行了历史回顾。(2)从信息流、经济评价和工程设计的角度探讨了循环型工业系统中产品/零部件/材料的再生产和再利用。从物流的角度分析了以回收为导向的新型工业系统。大多数使用过的部件-尚未超过其指定生命周期的部件可以回收用于更新和重复使用；建立了一个数学模型来确定部件/产品的适当回收程序。并对该系统进行了经济性分析，以促进废旧产品的回收利用。(4)产品收费补偿…开发了更多的离子系统，通过补偿处理公司生产回收和更新件/材料的利润来促进废旧产品的回收，并增强了制造企业使用回收和更新件/材料的激励。(5)为有效的回收导向型工业系统和网络建立了信息流的构建方法。(6)分析了回收导向型制造系统中废旧产品的最优价格，(7)通过最小化由生产成本和回收成本组成的生命周期成本，分析了多品种生产制造系统中通用部件和专用部件的优缺点。(8)研究了适用于实际商业环境的回收比、成本和能耗之间的最优平衡。较少

A new concept of "recycling-oriented industrial network" was proposed in this research to prevent environmental hazards caused by manufacturing activities ; the results of the research are as follows.(1)A way toward recycling-oriented industrial systems and networks was historically reviewed.(2)Reproduction and reuse of products/parts/materials in the recycling-oriented industrial systems were discussed from the viewpoint of information flow, economic evaluation and engineering design. The challenging methodologies for the 21st century production were also discussed.(3)A new recycling-oriented industrial system was analyzed from the viewpoint of material flow. Most used-parts that have not yet exceeded their specified life cycle can be recycled for renewal and reuse ; a mathematical model was constructed for determining the appropriate recycling procedure for parts/products.
