A Retrospective Cohort Study of the Histologically Confirmed Chronic Liver Diseases

为计算慢性肝病患者的生存率，探讨肝癌的危险因素，对1,034例慢性肝病患者进行了随访。所有患者均于1973年至1982年在顺天堂大学医院接受组织学确诊。暂停个人风险因素。如饮酒、吸烟、HBV标志物等。到1986年底，所有案件都主要是由koseki系统。平均随访7.1个月，死亡244例，其中肝癌52例。男性肝硬化34例（12.7%），女性肝硬化5例（5.0%），男性慢性肝炎11例（2.3%），女性慢性肝炎1例（0.6%），Kaplan-Meyer法10年生存率男性肝硬化39.85 ~男性慢性肝炎80.64。男性肝硬化的比例危险度分析结果显示，饮酒对肝癌有负性影响，吸烟、无门脉高压手术史对肝癌有影响，活检时年龄、HBS抗原、输血史、急性肝炎史与肝癌几乎无关。

In order to caluculate the survival rate of chronic liver diseases and to elucidate the risk factors of liver cancer, 1,034 patients of the chronic liver diseases were followed up. All patients were confirmed histologically from 1973 to 1982 in juntendo University hospital. Suspended personal risk factors. such as alcohol intake, cigarrette smoking, HBV markers and so on were obtained from hospital records. Untill the end of 1986, all cases were mainly followed by koseki system. The mean follow-up period was 7.1 and 244 cases were died including 52 cases of liver cancer. The number of liver cancer death was 34(or 12.7%) of male liver cirrhosis, 5(or 5.0%) of female liver cirrhosis, 11(or,2.3%) of male chronic hepatitis and 1(or 0.6%) of temale chronic hepatitis, respectively.The 10 years survival rate by Kaplan-Meyer's method ranged from 39.85 for male liver cirrhosis to 80.64 for male chronic hepatitis. The results of proportional hazard mofel for male liver cirrhosis revealed that drinking alcohol affected negatively to the liver cancer, and that cigarrette smoking and no history of operation due to portal hypertension affected to it and that age at biopsy HBS antigen, history of blood transfusion and history of acute hepatitis almost have no relation to it.
