Study on Nursing care for Dementia

我们调查了机构老年人和家庭老年人痴呆的异常行为和沟通障碍。研究对象为Y疗养院共248例（男61例，女187例），家庭共30例（男8例，女22例）。机构老年人的研究结果如下：1) 32%的机构老年人被Hasegawa痴呆量表划分为痴呆（评分0-10分），其中男性26%，女性33%。2)老年痴呆症的发病率随年龄的增长而增高。3)老年痴呆程度与ADL有相关性。对30名痴呆症患者（8名男性，22名女性）的研究结果如下。1)超过80%的痴呆患者家庭抱怨其行为异常和沟通障碍。2)半数痴呆患者有缓解焦虑和紧张的有效方法。我们觉得我们不仅要为每一种疾病提供护理，还要为痴呆症提供全面的护理。此外，我们必须研究痴呆症如何投入到痴呆症的感情中去。

We investigated the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of dementia in institution elderly and home elderly.Subjects were a total of 248 cases (61 males and 187 females) in Y nursing home,and a total of 30 cases (8 males and 22 females) in homes.1.The results were as follows in institution elderly.1) 32% of institional elderly were classified into Dementia(0-10 points in scales) by Hasegawa Dementia Scale, 26% in males and 33% in females.2) Incidence of demential became higher with increasing of ages.3) There were relation between degree of Dementia and ADL of eldely.2. The results were as follows for 30 dementia (8 males and 22 females) in the home.1) Over 80% of families with dementia complained the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of them.2) Half of dementia had the effective method of relieving anxiety and strain.We felt that we must offer not only nursing care to the each disorder, but also total care to dementia.Also,we must search dementia how into throw ourselves into dementias' feelings.
