Mechanism of the proliferation and chemotaxis of fibroblasts in wound healing

利用正常皮肤、瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕的人成纤维细胞，研究了成纤维细胞的趋化性。睾酮对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的趋化作用有促进作用，雌二醇对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的趋化作用有促进作用。正常的皮肤成纤维细胞对这两种激素没有明确的倾向。临床上瘢痕疙瘩多与毛毛苔藓合并。1987年至1990年在关西医科大学就诊的67例瘢痕疙瘩患者中，42例（62.8%）伴有毛衣癣。另一方面，非瘢痕疙瘩的比较显示只有1.1%（451例中的5例）有毛衣。这提示毛发相关疾病可能与瘢痕疙瘩形成的病因有关。

The chemotaxis of the fibroblasts was investigated using the human fibroblasts in the normal skin, keloid and hypertrophic scar.The keloid-fibroblasts chemotaxis were promoted by testosterone, the other hand the hypertrophic scar-fibroblasts chemotaxis were promoted by estradiol significantly. The normal skin-fibroblasts didn't show a definite tendency for both hormones.Clinically keloid revealed to be combined with lichen pilaris in high frequency. 42 of 67 (62.8 %) keloid-patients seen at Kansai Medical University from 1987 to 1990 showed a coexistence with lichen pilaris.The other hand, non-keloid comparisons showed only 1.1% (5 of 451) with lichen pilaris.This suggests that the hair-related disorder may be related to the etiological factor of keloid formation.
