Design of Comprehensive Community Health Care System for the Aged society

为了在有限的综合医疗资源范围内，更有效地满足老年人日益增长的综合医疗需求，老年社区综合医疗系统的规划与设计势在必行，为此，本研究对老年社区综合医疗系统的基本概念与设计进行了研究。特别是从系统工程的角度出发，选取了名古屋和丰田两个城市作为CCHC-养老体系的典型城市。在爱知县医学会等有关人士的合作下，我们对两个城市的CCHC系统进行了调查和评价。在此基础上，提出了有效合理的系统设计方法，并对卧床老人的CCHC系统进行了不断的改进，这些研究成果在1989年发表的一些论文和书籍中得到了总结。

In order to satisfy the increasing demands for comprehensive health care of the aged more effectively and efficiently within the limited resources of comprehensive health care, planning and design of the Community Comprehensive Health Care System (CCHC-System) for the Aged will be necessary and expected in near future.Hence, in this research, we studied the fundamental conception and design of the CCHC-System for the Aged. Especially, from the systems engineering point of view, we chose the two cities, Nagoya and Toyota, as model of cities of CCHC-System for the Aged in bed. We investigated and evaluated the CCHC-Systems in two cities, under the cooperations from the Aichi Medical Association and other people concerned. Furthermore, we proposed the effective and reasonable systems approach to design and also continuously improve the CCHC-System for the Aged in bed.These results obtains in this research were summarized in some papers and books which were published in 1989.
