Development of School Management Training

明确了学校管理培训的结构，明确了学校校长、副校长以及其他学校领导的角色和职能。研究发现：(1)教师普遍没有意识到SMT的重要性，因为SMT很可能只用于校长和副校长的在职课程。(2)没有认识到校长在职课程是SMT的一部分。因此，基本的和基本的方案不被认为是他们的一个重要方面。(3)在探究校长作为一种职业的内在性质方面是不够的。因此，迫切需要澄清SMT的总体结构。(4)对贴片技术发展的研究还处于初级阶段。继续深入学习是必要的。

It became clear that the School Management Training (SMT) should be structurized so as to clarify the role and function of school principal and vice-principal as well as other school leaders. The findings are as follows :(1) The teachers in general are not aware of the importance of SMT because SMT is likely to be taken for the in-service programmes for the principal and vice-principal only.(2) There is no recognition that the in-service programmes for principals is a part of SMT. And so basic and fundamental programmes are not regarded as a significant aspect for them.(3) It was insufficient in searching the inherent nature of the principal as a profession. Therefore urgently needed is the clarification of over-all structure of SMT.(4) The research activities on the development of SMT is still in a primitive stage. It is necessary to continue the study intensively.
