Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Chemotherapy in Rheumatoid Arthrits by the Malignancy Index Devided from the Relaxation Times of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Production of the Sofowere to Get the Malignancy Index.

作为一种新的诊断技术，核磁共振技术在医学领域的应用已经进行了尝试。在本研究中，我们系统地研究了人类类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎滑液中水质子的核磁共振弛豫时间（T_1和T_2）。利用由这些疾病的松弛时间（T_1和T_2）得出的恶性指数值，可以清楚地区分类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎，也可以评估这些关节炎疾病的化疗效果。此外，恶性指数与化疗在这些疾病中的有效性的组织学评价是一致的。

Application of the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) method has been attemted in the medical field as a new diagnostic technique.In this research, we have systematically studied the NMR relaxatin times (T_1 and T_2) of water protons in the synovial fluid of human Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.Using the values of the malignancy index derived from the relaxation times (T_1 and T_2) of these disease, it has been possible to discriminate clearly between Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis, and also to evaluate the effectiveness of chemotherapy in these arthritis disease.The malignancy index, furthermore, was compatible with the histological evaluation of the effectiveness of chemotherapy in these disease.
