移植协调员的培训内容应包括45天讲座、45天培训、执业资格考试、再教育和再评估等内容，包括药理学、细菌学、免疫学、急救、移植手术、术后护理、计算机信息系统、与供者家属的沟通技巧、公民和医务人员的教育方法等，培训应在工作中进行。我们为教育项目设计了课程，并与卫生部和国防部成立的研究小组一起编写了教科书。1996年以来，该研究成果几乎全部被卫生部移植协调员国家教育委员会接受。

Education program for transplant coordinator should be constructed with 45day's lecture, 45day's trainning, licenxe examination, re-education and re-evaluation.Lecture contains pharmacology, bacteriology, immunology, emergency treatment, transplant surgery, post-operation care, computer information system, communication technique with donor family, education method for citizen and medical staff.So on. Trainning should done on the job. We designed the curriculum for education program, and made a textbook together with research group founded by Ministry of Health and Warefare. Almost of this research results were accepted by Ministry of Health and Warefare for national education progrom for transplant coordinator since 1996.
