RESEARCH OF THE HOLOWING LOCAL ECONOMY ACCOMPANIED WITH THE GLOBALIZATION OF JAPANESE AUTO COMPANIES

1. 1 .地方经济空心化是指特定主导产业的空心化积累到国内地区，导致该地区居民失业、人口减少、购买力下降、经济社会疲软的现象。总的来说，主要汽车厂所在地的地方经济并没有空心化，因为日本汽车工业在国际市场上保持着足够的强势地位。汽车相关分包公司没有建设的地方，如福冈县的宫田町、志贺县的龙町和山口县的富市，因为当地经济与当地母组装厂的关系较弱，所以没有空心。这种空心化现象在关东地区的汽车组装工厂中没有出现，因为这些工厂购买零部件和材料——不是从当地购买，而是从关东所有地区购买，部分从东北地区购买。各种经济因素对当地经济的影响往往是复杂的，但泡沫破裂后的萧条对当地经济的影响比20世纪90年代汽车公司全球化的影响更大。地方政府正在努力防止当地经济陷入萧条，但担心大型工厂撤离从而控制经济的乡镇政府却没有任何措施。汽车行业的劳资双方都非常注重保就业，这对防止地方经济走向萧条起到了有益的作用。当今世界汽车市场的激烈竞争使保护本国经济的产业关系失效。

Now the stiff competition at the world automobile market is making void the industrial relation to protect their economy.
