A Sociological Study of Bullying in Japanese School

本研究的目的是分析校园霸凌的干预方案。（该节目参考了Dan Olweus的《校园欺凌》，Backwell， 1993年。）主要研究结果如下：在学校层面，问卷调查，学校会议日和会见家长是很重要的。但是它们没有得到充分的执行。在班级层面，反欺凌班规、定期班会、共同积极活动和合作学习尤为重要。它们几乎都被执行了。在个人层面上，与欺凌者和受害者进行认真的谈话，与相关学生的家长进行认真的谈话是很重要的。它们几乎都被执行了。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the intervention program against bullying in school. (That program make reference to Dan Olweus Bullying at school, Backwell, 1993.)The main findings are follows.1. At the school level, questionnaire survey, school conference day and meeting stuff-parents are important. But they are not carried out sufficiently.2. At the class level, class rules against bullying, regular class meetings, common positive activities and cooperative learning are particularly important. And they are almost carried out.3. At the individual level, serious talks with bullies and victims, serious talks with parents of involved students are important. And they are almost carried out.
