STUDY ON THE TRAINING SYSTEM OF SKILLED LABOR IN RENEWAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION MARKET

本研究重视研究的最后一个财政年度的研究安排，以及对国内外技能劳动力培训机构管理收支现状的把握，作为对实际情况的调查。(1)对存量型住宅市场中的技术劳动力形象进行了理论检验。对丹麦的更新建设通信和日本的文化遗产保护的技术劳动构成的技术劳动特征进行了具体安排。(2)对日本技能劳动者培训机构的技能劳动者培训现状的调查，对住宅市场泡沫经济时代后的削减基调的技能劳动者培训机构的现状进行了整理，并对今后培训的技能劳动者将增加的存量型住宅市场的适应性进行了整理。(3)通过对法国旅游型技能人才培养体系现状的考察，梳理了与股份制住宅市场相对应的法国技能人才培养体系的现状，重点梳理了管理基地的社会角色分配关系。(4)对技能型劳动力培训机构的经营收支状况进行了调查，提出了技能型劳动力培训机构经营应承担的成本及其内容，并对单个主营业务的培训成本负担进行了限定。(5)针对未来存量房市场中技工的形象，对技工培训机构的问题进行了研究安排。
