LIFESTYLE AND OCCUPATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND HEALTH AMONG URBAN CIVIL SERVANTS.

我们使用翻译的白厅II研究问卷(经允许)和SF-36(医疗结果研究简写36健康调查)(福原S，铃木Y，黑川K)对城市公务员的生活方式、职业环境因素与健康的关系进行了调查。SF-36是一份标准化的健康相关生活质量问卷，包括身体功能、角色生理、身体疼痛、社会功能、一般健康感、活力、角色情绪、心理健康等8个因素。调查对象为市区某大学医院护士574人，应答者452人，其中男性2人，女性474人，20~29岁262人，30~39岁163人，40~49岁36人，50~59岁15人。在健康状况方面，0.4%的人回答得很好，8.9%的人回答得很好，61.7%的人回答得很好，25.6%的人回答不好，1.3%的人回答不好。对于疲劳，12.6%的人总是，25.9%的人经常，32.8%的人经常，21.5%的人有时，5.7%的人很少，0.4%的人根本不疲劳。其中很高比例的人报告了角色的情感和心理健康方面的问题。这可能与工作场所和家庭中的角色和满意度有关。

We investigated relationship between lifestyle and occupational environmental factors and health among urban civil servants using the translated WHITEHALL II Study questionnaire (with permission) and SF-36 (Medical Outcome Study Short Form 36 Health Survey) (Fukuhara S, Suzukamo Y, Kurokawa K. Manual of SF-36 Japanese version 1.2 : Public Health Research Foundation, Tokyo, 2001). SF-36 is well standardized questionnaire on health-related quality of life including 8 factors such as physical functioning, role physical, body pain, social functioning, general health perceptions, vitality, role emotional, mental health. Target study population was 574 nurses working at one University Hospital at urban site, and 452 (78.7 % as response rate) responded : 2 men, 474 women, 262 in 20-29 years, 163 in 30-39 years, 36 in 40-49 years, 15 in 50-59 years. With regard to health status, 0.4 % answered extremely well, 8.9 % very well, 61.7 % well, not well 25.6 %, bad 1.3 %. With regard to fatigue, 12.6 % always, 25.9 % mostly always, 32.8 % often, 21.5 % sometimes, 5.7 % seldom, 0.4 % not at all. High percentage of those, reported some problem with role emotional, mental health. Possible relationship with role and satisfaction in workplace and home was suggested.
