Research on undergraduate education and training for social work

近年来，在社会工作课程中，既要讲解社会工作的概念，又要为学生提供实践知识和技能。然而，没有证据表明教育项目的有效性支持这一趋势。在本研究中，我们以焦点小组访谈为基础，探讨如何改革现行的适合实际工作的本科教育计划。因此，显然有必要强调社会工作的价值观和信念的重要性，以改善现有的教育和培训体系。

In recent years, it is necessary to provide not only the explanation of the concept of social work, but also the practical knowledge and skills for students in the social work course. However there is no evidence for the efficacy of educational program to support that trend. In the present study, we discussed about how to reform the current undergraduate educational programs which is suitable for practical work based on focus group interviews. As a result, it was clear to emphasize the importance of values and beliefs of social work to improve current education and training system.
