Research on the curriculum development corresponding to multi-cultural society in the United States Home Economics Standards.

本研究的目的在于探索建构与21世纪社会、家庭相适应的家政学学科理论与课程组织理论。本研究通过对21世纪转型期美国家政学标准（国家和州一级）的收集和分析，认为美国家政学的目标是范式的转换，使所有学生都成为民主社会中的好居民，以适应多元文化社会中家庭和社会的变化。明确了从实证分析科学向批判科学转化的目标，构建以批判科学为基础的家政学批判素养培养新课程。

The purpose of this research is in the search for the subject theory and the curriculum organization theory that constructs the Home Economics corresponding to the society and the home of the 21st century. In this research, the United States Home Economics standards (country and state level) that had been developed at the conversion period in 21century were collected and analyzed it. As a result, the United States Home Economics aimed at the conversion of the paradigm, to make all students a good dweller in the democracy society corresponding to the change in the family and the society in a multi-cultural society. It was clarified to aim at converting from the positive analyses science, and to construct a new curriculum that achieved the nurturing critical literacy in Home Economics based on the critical science.
