Current Status and Issues in the professional education of preschool teacher training-Physical education, exercise instruction for preschool children-

根据我们的问卷调查结果表明，幼儿教师的大部分，自己承认，他们已经充分了解的主题运动指导的学前儿童。然而，一些幼儿教师误解了儿童应该从早期阶段学习特定的运动技能。这种误解往往存在于教师群体中，他们认为自己充分了解学龄前儿童运动指导的主题，而不是那些不这样认为的教师。这些结果表明，教师认为他们学到的东西和他们实际学到的东西之间存在差异。由于大多数幼儿教师对运动指导没有足够的理解，因此得出结论，除了丰富学校的专业教育计划外，有必要开展幼儿教师的在职培训。

On the basis of our questionnaire it was showed that preschool teachers for the most part, recognized by themselves, that they had sufficiently understood the subject of exercise instruction for preschool children. However, some preschool teachers misunderstood that children should learn specific motor skills from an early stage. This misunderstanding tended to be present among the group of teachers who believed they sufficiently understood the subject of exercise instruction for preschool children compared to those who did not think so. These results showed that there is a discrepancy between what teachers perceive they have learnt and what they actually have learnt. Since most preschool teachers do not have an adequate understanding of exercise instruction, it was concluded that it is necessary to develop in-service training of preschool teachers, in addition to enriching the professional education program at school.
