A comparative study of consumer policy making process in Japan and Germany.

本研究的目的是考虑日本食品安全和消费者政策的必要性。为此，研究了以下几点：（1）以政策过程为中心，特别是政策措施的实施和监督，目前的状况如何，存在哪些问题;（2）以消费者组织和行政部门之间的关系为中心，政策制定背景的现状如何。在研究这些问题时，我对日本和德国进行了比较。

The aim of this study was to consider what are necessary for food safety and consumer policies in Japan. In order for that, the following points were examined;(1) focusing on policy process, especially regarding implementation and monitoring of policy measures, what is the current status and which problems remain,(2) focusing on the relationship between consumer organizations and administration, what is the current status regarding backgrounds for policy formation. In examination of these issues, I made comparison between Japan and Germany.
