Participation of Wee1 gene to carcinogenesis of the pancreatic cancer in new genetically-modified mouse and clinical implications of Wee1 gene

胰腺癌细胞系中WEE 1 mRNA的表达高于HPDE细胞。对6例正常胰腺组织和51例PDAC进行免疫组化分析。在胰腺癌患者中，我们没有发现WEE 1表达与各种临床病理因素之间存在任何显著相关性。WEE 1阳性组和阴性组的总生存期和无病生存期无差异。遗憾的是，我们没有认识到Wee1基因在胰腺癌中的临床意义。

WEE1 mRNA expression in pancreatic cancer cell lines is higher than that in HPDE cells. Six normal pancreas tissues and 51 PDAC samples were analyzed by immunostaining. We did not find any significant association between WEE1 expression and various clinicopathologic factors in patients with pancreatic caner. There was no difference in overall survival and disease free survival between WEE1-positive and WEE1-negtive groups. Unfortunately, we did not recognize the clinical implications of Wee1 gene to the pancreatic cancer.
