观察夜间使用不同下颌前向矫治器(MAAS)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停后对牙合接触面积(OCA)、最大咬合力(MBF)、咬合负荷中心(COL)及牙痛的影响。两种MAAS矫治器治疗后5分钟和30分钟后，牙周接触面积(OCA)、最大咬合力(MBF)、咬合负荷中心(COL)和牙痛均较治疗前快。比较两种MAA矫治器对咬合功能的影响，在拔除矫治器后30min，单件式MAAS的VAS评分明显高于双片式MAAS，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
英文摘要
The main aim was to evaluate the influence on occlusal contact area (OCA), maximum bite force (MBF), center of occlusal load (COL) and tooth pain after the nocturnal use of different mandibular advance appliances (MAAs) for obstructive sleep apnea therapy.Significant difference in COL compared to baseline was disappeared more quickly with two-piece MAAs than with one-piece MAAs, after 5 and 30minutes, respectively. Comparing two MAAs, VAS score was higher in one-piece MAAs than in two-piece MAAs until 30minutes and significance was found 30minutes after removing the appliance.In conclusion, it is shown that two-piece MPA is superior to the one-piece one in terms of the degree side effect on occlusal function.
