Study of prognostic factor analysis for improvement of QOL in dysphagia patients

吞咽困难可能会影响患者的生活质量。我们研究了患者生活质量和家庭护理负担与吞咽困难的关系。在口腔癌患者中，生活质量与舌运动障碍和牙关有显著相关。我们认为早期干预吞咽困难康复和颌骨运动是重要的。另一方面，日常生活自理和改变食物质感的必要性是居家老年人护理负担的影响因素。家庭的照顾负担可能会增加，当他们需要为长期照顾吞咽困难的家人制作食物时。本研究提示，吞咽困难的康复改善了患者的生活质量，减轻了患者家属的护理负担。

Dysphagia may compromise patient's quality of life (QOL). We have examined the association of patient's QOL and family's care burden with dysphagia. In oral cancer patient, there was significantly relationship among QOL, tongue motor disorder and trismus. We presumed that it was important to intervene dysphagia rehabilitation and jaw exercise at an early date. On the other hand, ADL and necessity of changing food texture were shown as the influencing factor for care burden in the home-bound elderlies. Family's care burden might be increasing, when they should fabricate food for their family under long-term care with dysphagia. This study suggested that recovery from dysphagia improved patient's QOL, and it made decreasing care burden of patient's family.
