Two models of teacher's life long career in Japan:educational psychology studies

日语教师的职业生涯很简单。只有一个被称为“管理职业生涯模型”的卡车，它表明校长是四十岁或五十岁左右的教师在学校的最终工作和目标，研究的目的是建立新的职业生涯在教师的生活。本研究提出教师终身职业生涯除了“管理型职业卡车”外，还应具有多种职业生涯模式。本研究提出了新的职业生涯发展课程。

Life-long career of Japanese teacher is quite simple. There has been only one truck, called"managerial career model", which shows that a principal is a final job and goal at school for teachers of around late forties or fifties.Research aims are to build up new professional careers in teacher's life. The study proposed multiple career models in teacher's life long career in addition to"managerial career truck". That is called"professiona career truck".This study proposed new career developing curriculum for those purposes.
