Jamming-glass transitions in a frustrated Josephson junction array

约瑟夫森结阵列是超导孤岛的人工网络，其中孤岛上的超导序参量的相通过约瑟夫森耦合相互作用。在外部磁场的作用下，这样的系统就会变得非常不稳定，就像把一个虚构的晶体放在一个弯曲的空间里。本文采用解析和数值相结合的方法研究了方形晶格上受挫约瑟夫森结阵列的电流-电压特性和静态特性。研究发现，随着Josephson耦合各向异性在垂直方向和水平方向上的变化，系统出现了干扰过渡，并确定了这种过渡的机理。

Josephson junction arrays are artificial networks of superconducting islands in which the phases of the superconducting order parameter on the islands interact with each other via the Josephson couplings. Under external magnetic fields, such a system becomes strongly frustrated much as a fictitious crystal put in a curved space. We studied the current-voltage property and static properties of a frustrated Josephson junction array on a square lattice by a combination of analytical and numerical approaches. We found that the system exhibits a jamming transition under variation of the anisotropy of the Josephson coupling into the vertical and horizontal directions and identified the mechanism of the transition.
