Research on the Database Construction in Teacher Training for Physical Education Teachers as Excellent Practitioner

本研究旨在建立体育教学实习资料库，探讨培养体育教师为优秀实践者的方法论。结果：1)提出了录像练习的角度和模式；2)提出了在网络录像系统中进行整体教学单元积累的多节课学习的可能性；3)提出了专业技术人员利用网络录像系统支持体育教师的方法。

The purpose of this research was to construct the database of teaching practices in physical education and examine the methodology of training physical education teachers as excellent practitioner. As the results1) a model of the angle and the pattern of taking the practices on video was presented2) the possibility of the multiple lesson study with the accumulation of the whole teaching unit in the network video system was proposedand 3) the methods of supporting physical education teachers by the professionals of the field with using the network video system were suggested.
