Diagnostic method of Helicobacter heilmannii infection based on genetic analysis

海曼螺杆菌感染可能与小鼠模型和人胃MALT淋巴瘤有关，但其诊断方法尚未建立。本研究通过幽门螺杆菌和海氏螺杆菌的致病基因分析，成功诊断其感染胃粘膜。下一步，我们尝试用单克隆抗体建立血清诊断，但我们的抗体表现出交叉反应性。因此，我们将继续分析其他毒力基因。

Helicobacter heilmannii infection is possibly associated with gastric MALT lymphoma in mice model and human, and however, its diagnostic method has not been established yet. In this study, we succeed in the diagnosis of its infection with gastric mucosa by analyzing pathogenic genes of H. pylori and H. heilmannii. In the next step, we tried to establish the serodiagnosis using monoclonal antibody, but our antibody showed cross-reactivity. Therefore, we are going on analyzing the other virulent genes.
