Development of programs for promoting learning of old people with physical disabilities

为了制定促进肢体残疾老年人学习的计划，在日托中心进行了为期一年的行动研究，在高年级进行了调查研究，并对现有数据进行了重新分析。量化分析结果表明，所形成的学习实践导致了强烈的继续学习需求，继续学习促进了自我测评的健康感受。从一项行动研究中发现了两种学习促进类型，即继续类型和新发展类型。前者与残疾作斗争，提高学习者的自我效能感。后者挑战一些新的东西，并试图将她/他的未来与其他积极的学习者重叠，同时也对她/他的康复有意义。对于这两种类型的人来说，利用学习结果是一件重要的事情。

In order to develop programs for promoting learning of old people with physical disabilities, an action research in a day care center for one year, a survey study in a senior college and re-analyses of existing data were conducted. Results of quantitative analysis told us that learning practices formed led to strong needs to continue the learning, and the continuation promoted self-rated feelings of health.Two types of learning promotion were detected from an action research; namely continued type and newly developed type. The former struggles with disability and improve the self-efficacy of the learners. The latter challenges something new and tries to overlap her/his future with other positive learners and also make sense to her/his rehabilitation. For both types to make use of learning outcomes was an important matter.
