Visualization and simulation of the healthcare environment by using GIS and system-dynamics

本研究旨在运用系统动力学模型和基尼指数，预测未来医疗人员的绝对数量和相对数量，提出一种预测医师和放射技师供应的方法。我们使用系统动力学方法构建了一个预测模型。此外，本研究旨在评估考虑区域内产业活动水平等因素的医疗临时制度。本研究计算了考虑北海道各市产业的区域活动水平和反映医疗保健系统充分性的医疗保健活动水平。此外，通过在地图上显示每个活动水平，本研究还试图检查地域性特征。

The purpose of this study was to propose a physician and radiological technologist supply forecasting methodology by applying system dynamics modeling and Gini index to estimate future absolute and relative numbers of medical staffs. We constructed a forecasting model using a system dynamics approach. Furthermore,this study aims to evaluate the medical care provisional system that considers the activity level and other factors of industries within a region. This study calculated the regional activity level that considers the industries in Hokkaido municipalities and the medical care activity level that indicates the adequacy of medical care system. Furthermore, by making each activity level visible on the map, this study also attempted to examine the regionality features.
