Isolation of the receptor gene to Pine Wood Nematode in Pinus thunbergii

为分离黑松木材线虫受体基因(LRR-基因)，采用比较基因组学方法，利用栽培作物抗线虫基因(NR-基因)的序列信息，对松材线虫的抗性进行了研究。以抗性F1家系为材料，对分离到的候选基因进行了QRL(QR)分析。因此，在本研究分离的受体基因上没有检测到显著的QTL，但在连锁群1上检测到了一个可能影响PWN抗性的QTL。

To isolate receptor gene (LRR-gene) to pine wood nematode (PWN) in Pinus thunbergii, the comparative genomic approach was conducted using the sequence information of nematode resistance gene (NR-gene) in cultivated crop. The isolated candidate gene was evaluated by QRL (Quantitative Resistance Loci) analysis between genotype and phenotype using the resistant F1 family. As a result, the significant QTL was not detected at receptor genes isolated in this study, but one putative QTL affecting PWN resistance was detected on the linkage group 1.
