The study of the senile xerodermic therapeutic agent using β-glucan derived from Aureobasidium pullulans

以出芽短梗霉提取的β-1，3-1，6-葡聚糖(β-葡聚糖)和深海水为原料研制老年性干皮病擦剂。在这项研究中，我们展示了β-葡聚糖和丹参口服液对四环素所致的HOS-HR皮炎模型小鼠老年性干皮病的影响。结果表明，β-葡聚糖能有效缓解老年性干皮病的症状，且呈剂量依赖关系。此外，我们还明确了β-葡聚糖具有抑制嗜酸性脱颗粒的作用。

We studied about the liniment of senile xeroderma using beta-1,3-1,6-glucan (β-glucan) derived from Aureobasidium pullulans and the deep-sea water (DSW). In this study, we showed the effect of β-glucan and DSW for senile xeroderma in HOS-HR dermatitis model mice induced by TNCB. As a result, β-glucan was effective for a palliation of symptom in senile xeroderma a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, we made clear that β-glucan had an effect to inhibit eosinophilic degranulation.
