Effects of residual resin-based sealers after post space preparation on bond strength

本研究的目的是通过共聚焦激光扫描显微镜来评估桩核预备后根管内树脂基封闭剂的残留情况。建立了用两种荧光染料观察树脂封闭剂残留量的方法。用该方法检测了4种不同的树脂基封闭剂，所有封闭剂均残留在根管内的牙本质小管中。超声尖预备后根管内残留的树脂封闭剂不能完全清除。

The purpose of this study was to assess the residual resin-based sealers in root canals after post space preparation by confocal laser scanning microscopy. The way to observe the residual resin-based sealers using two fluorescent dyes has established. Four different resin-based sealers were examined by using this method, and all sealers were remained in dentinal tubules in the root canals. The residual resin-based sealers in the root canals could not be entirely removed after using ultrasonic tips preparation.
