Development of Easy Quality Control System for Fresh Concrete

为了更好地掌握新拌混凝土的质量，本研究对新拌混凝土的材料设计和质量控制进行了系统化的研究，采用分析和试验相结合的方法设计了简便易行的质量控制检测方法。讨论了流动度、偏析电阻率和钢筋间通过性的力学模型。对目前常用的各种一致性检验方法进行了分析和实验研究。讨论了混凝土实际工程中材料常数与流动行为之间的关系。针对不同要求的质量进行了新的检测方法的设计和试验。对新的测试方法进行了验证。

In this research, in order to grasp the quality of fresh concrete, the material design and the quality control were systematized, and the easy quality control testing method is designed with analytical and experimental methods.1. The mechanical models for fluidity, segregation resistivity and passabiity between reinforcement were discussed.2. The various kinds of consistency tests in current use were discussed analytically and experimentally.3. The relationship between material constants and flow behavior in actual concrete work were discussed.4. Design and trial of new testing method for the various required quality were carried out.5. Validation of the new testing method were carried out.
