**Introduction**The Internet has obliterated the Home Shopping Catalogue. Videography has transformed Wedding Photography. This project will help Lyndon Media Ltd \[LML\] transform the Family Photo Album by enabling the launch of a solution which delivers a professionally-produced Video Documentary and Book -- while simultaneously solving two common problems encountered by older people: how to share their life story and family anecdotes with their children and grandchildren before it's too late; and how to find the time, energy and expertise to do something worthwhile with the boxes of old photographs, film, recordings and videos in the loft. Our solution is called '_I Look Back_' \[ILB\] and our website is here: [I Look Back | Your Life! Your Movie!][0]**What is "I Look Back"?**_\>\> Who'll tell your story when you're gone? <<_"_I Look Back_ is an opportunity to share and tell your life story through a professionally-produced video documentary and a personally-designed book of treasured photographs and anecdotes. It's an enjoyable journey for you, your family and loved ones as you relive experiences, recall memories, and conjure happy feelings and moments to smile and laugh about."_\>\> I Look Back -- The experience of your life <<_This project will take ILB from beta-prototype, through direct sales of ILB 1.0 to personal clients, and include the development of prototype third-party sales assets. The vision is to grow ILB into a successful and profitable UK-wide business which initially generates creative industry jobs in our region. At first, ILB will be sold directly to those wishing to pass on their family heritage and life story. However, LML plans eventually to sell ILB through third-party channels and find & evaluate opportunities for sales in the corporate sector and franchising.**Project Outcomes**During this six-month project: three local jobs will be created; freelance opportunities for creatives in our region will arise; at least three additional ILB products will be sold to generate cash flow; and LML will be in a position to sell one solution every month for the following 12 months.**Innovation**ILB uses professional quality video/photo-processing resources to solve a common problem and make a previously too-costly professional offering possible and profitable. A subtle marketing mix has been developed which is based on a deep understanding of LML's initial target market and how to support clients through a potentially embarrassing and complex process. Developing trust is a key element.[0]: https://www.ilookback.co.uk/
