String Theory and Gravitational Waves

弦理论作为一种引力理论，原则上有许多引力波的潜在来源。该项目包括从弦理论全面扫描GWS的潜在来源，包括：重弦和Kaluza Klein模、宇宙弦、宇宙学相变、模动力学、暴胀、预热。将对有可能观测到的首选频率的频谱和范围进行完整的研究。

String theory being a theory of gravity has in principle many potential sources for gravitational waves (GWs). The project consists in making a full scan of potential sources of GWs from string theory including: heavy string and Kaluza Klein modes, cosmic strings, cosmological phase transitions, moduli dynamics, inflation, preheating. A complete study of the spectrum and range of preferred frequencies with potential to be observable will be performed.
