This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. Investigators propose evaluating individual differences in cardiovascular reactivity to acute stress in normotensive Black youth focusing on specific genes involved in the onset of essential hypertension.
